My father shri khyali ram chahar (Village + post - samaspur, District - jhunjhunu, State - rajasthan, Pin - 333001) expired on 05092015.

who joined lll grade teacher department as on 15032008 at ups school sarvni, bagtalab, Danpur.

After 2 year provision period he was permanent in this department on 15032010. Approximate up to17092012 he was servings with this department .

After that he was unable to continue his job because of my mother's illness.
Then department show him without payment leave.
When he was joined then Pipalkunt was panchyat samiti now from he was under chotti sarvan panchyat samiti from last of 2015.
Now my father's nps claim is already delayed 18 month by Clark staff of these panchyat samiti.

Sir nominees are smt Santosh devi (wife 50%);Sandeep chahar and dinesh(son 25% each)we have got approximate 52000 rs through claim now their after my father's PRAN NO shown deactive. But his full claim not paid so I am requesting u to plz reactive my father PRAN no. now LDC want statement of paid amount monthwise.

At last I need help from you, plz update my fathers nps transaction witch pran no is[protected], and reactive PRAN no also as soon as possible.
Plz sand me a confirmation email whenever you receive this email.
