Educomp Solutions — regarding full and final claim settlements

I was employee of educomp solutions pvt. Ltd. I was joined 10th oct 2012 and i had been resign 11th november 2017.
I had submitted my full and final settlement claim with the signature of manager before 4 months but still date i didn't get any reply from hr also through mail. My emp. No.[protected]. I was sent number of mails still date i didn't get any reply from hr. Why company like do it when any one employee gone through company that is no value.

Please kindly do it asap.
