Dear sir, i was a computer faculty at your establishment under ict project and it was completed on 30 june, 2017. But i can't able to withdraw my pf. While i go for claim my pf than it shows “please provide missing father or husband name in member details through your employer/unified portal”.

So i kindly request you to take necessary action over the matter.
