Edupristine — Poor quality material and very delayed response to customers

This is Prashanth from Chennai. Enrolled for the FRM L2 onlinecourse for May'17.
My counsellor's name is Krutika. After going through a couple of videos (around 7), I found that they are of very poor quality. I was not able to understand anything from the content and the faculty's teaching was in a very disinterested manner with no clarity on concepts. Finally decided to defer the exam.
I mailed Krutika on April 2nd asking for a refund of the fee. But, this conversation has been going on back and forth for the past 3 weeks without any significant development. While there is one other counsellor named Garima who assured me of providing videos of another faculty on April 8th, I am yet to receive a response till today.
This attitude of the institute is really frustrating. Request you to please act on this urgently and resolve my grievances as soon as possible. I have all the details of the correspondence that has taken pace.
