[Resolved] Edureka — Edureka customer care sucks | |||||
As they dont offer any demo classes, before enrolling i was told that i can hear one class and cancel it if i dont like the teaching. I attended the first class and the instructor was horrible. I contacted customer care and they said that i can change batch. But i dont want to take the risk of facing the same problem again as the instructor was horriblle. I replied back saying the same that i dont have that much time to wait till the next batch starts. And then they never responded. Edureka customer care sucks and even the instructors.
