[Resolved] Edureka — Refund of money | |||||
I subscribed for a DataScience course in Edureka. But due to personal reasons, which I had to explain them in detail, I will not be able to continue with the classes. And I also didn't like the way the instructor was teaching. It seemed he just woke up from bed and started the session. Furthermore the discussion was unnecessarily broad. He wasted about 20 minutes talking about topics that were not in the course contents. I hope edureka knows that even the learners have limited time in their hands and would like to learn something quick and that is why they choose online courses like Edureka. Now I am asking them for a refund and a guy from Edureka says it is not possible now to process a refund. I didn't even download any content from their portal. The guy says they have a 7 day refund policy after registering for a course. But my course started after one month from registering. Without attending a class once, how can someone decide if they are not liking the course. Then he was saying that I could have gone through the pre-recorded class to see if I liked the course. They have mentioned that pre-recorded classes and live classes generally tend to differ, then how can someone judge from a prerecorded class. Was this information helpful? | |||||
