Edurite — worksheet class 2 value of rs 3199.00

My name is ayananta sarkar. I order your product of worksheet class 2 combo pack of value 3199.00 with diwali offer which is available at price 2399.25 on dated 04-11-19 at about 9:20 hrs. After giving order and internet banking payment rs2399.25 deducted from my account but no confirmation found from edurite end by sms or email. After that i called edurite customers helpline number found on internet but no number are found in working condition.
This is supossed to be a fraud make by edurite education, which is a renounced company so far at my knowledg.
