Edurite — Wrong dvd sent and 1499 Rs paid after that they collect the wrong dvd totally cheated me

Dear customer Please don't purchase any Edurite DVD online. This is one of the most unsuccessful organization that i have ever seen. i purchased 7th Standard, karnataka state syllabus, DVD online, by VPP i receive it, on there is my address, but they sent me one which is 6th standard DVD, so i called edurite people so many time, nobody responding and nobody picking the phone even, afterword i mail them for that they created one Ticket, that is as follows A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #128537. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible it is on 30th june2015. like the way i repeatedly sent mail, no one responding. On 13th july 2015, Miss kavitha called me and she said pls send me back 6th standard DVD and i am going to replace it, so, i think i will get my required DVD, so I send her 6th standard DVD, back this on 13th july 2015. Till the day nobody called me, my question is, to whom shell i ask for my money 1499 Rs ? whether this organization is existing or not ? if you are unable to solve my problem definitely i will take legal opinion on this issue. why they cheated me, i definitely go to court because edurite employees that to one lady kavitha cheated me.
