Eenadu — cricket - demanding original certificates of students went for playing cricket

This is principal of narayana engineering college-gudur, nellore dt., a. P
We are sponsors for the cricket tourney also in nellore.
Our students team list, with photo id, date of birth and attested copy of ssc marks memo certified by principal has been submitted to the authorities. But they are demanding for original certificate of ssc.
Even indian pass port office is issuing passport with custodian certificate and attested copy of ssc.
Is it mandatory to show original for playing cricket being organized by your organization?
Our students were not permitted to play.
Then why we need to sponser??
Let me know whether principal of engineering college certificate is not valid for playing cricket through your organization?
Is it right?
Even government is allotting seats in higher education.
I request you to give correct information and if i am wrong, take action against the concern persons.
