Eenadu — Delivery charges

Dear sir, I stay in Miyapur, Hyderabad and near sai ranga theatre. The colony is called Madhav nagar. For whole colony, there is one guy who supplies paper. His agency name is "HEMA SRI BOOK STALL". He is charging Rs10 for every news paper he gives with all consumers for a month. Though this is small amount, i want to understand if EENADU encourages the paper boys/agencies to collect the delivery charges for paper. This is riduculous on this agency behalf and that guy also don't talk properly with consumers. I have been seeing this guy for the last 4 years and wanted to complain about him so that you can take right measures. He is the only guy(as i know) in our area though it is in the middle of the city. And he is taking advantage of it. Can you please look into this matter seriously and findout why he is charging the delivery charges? Thanks, Sreekanth
