Eexata.com — different product received than the ordered

I have ordered speria p20 6 inch notch smartphone 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom octa-core, purchased from "eexata.com". But they send me 16 gb rom mobile. They cheat with me.
But i have received different item which worst quality. It was not expected.
Please resolve my com[plaint and please help me, so that i can get back my money from the "eexata.com", my order no.[protected], placed on 07/02/2019.
