Myself purchased a Eicher truck 1080 model from Authorized dealership at Calicut from Dec 2018.
After taking the delivery of the vehicle myself highlight the concern of poor pick up and misfiring in sometimes.
But till the time there is no proper service attention happened to sort out this complaint. Even after given complaining repeatedly to the Dealer service persons..and State head of the company. Twice they had depute a non skilled technicians to attend the vehicle.
Am really worried about the seriousness of the company officials about the customer care of a brand new vehicles reported complaints.
