I took an admission in this university in 2011 also I graduated from this university in 2011 its been 3 years till date I have not received my convocation certificate whenever I call my counsellor she always speaks rudely and say's I will be getting it in next month every time, but till date I have not received the same also I am not getting proper response from my counsellor's they are ignoring me even after clearing all the fees also speaking arrogantly Counsellor name - Jyoti A Location - Malad, Mumabi, , Maharashtra I need an urgent help...
