EIILM University, Sikkim — Not getting original degree certificate

Sir, I have passed my BA Exam. vide enrolment No.EIILMU/09/F421245 AND RECEIVED PROVISIONAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE No.16698 dated 12 oct 2013. So far I have not got my Original Degree certificate. I am unable to download the form for obtaining Original Degree Certificate. Mail sent to [protected]@eiilmuniversity.ac.in bounced.Kindly help me to get the original degree certificate.
