Ekart Logistics — delivery harassment | |||
I have purchased a collapsible wardrobe through flipkart. Order id OD[protected].This is scheduled to be delivered with in 13th August 17 Sunday. But when I had called the courier service on that day, they couldnt sure about the d.elivery altough having the confirmation of making the delivery. As the day was sunday and my family had a plan of outing, we wanted to know the delivery time.But the courier service provider could nt tell the time . As usual they reched the delivery destination at that time after we left just before 10 mintues. We have come with in 6pm and called then several time as the maximum time span of Delivery is upto 7pm . But they were not reachable. We request him to make the Delivery on the next day. But they were not sure about it. On the next day we called several time, but they didnt reachable. Then we called customer care to know the status. But they rescheduled the delivery on 18th with out solving my problem. We need the delivery with in 14th . That's why made that order. Now we want to launch the complaint against Ekart as well as flipkart for my harrashment. Was this information helpful? | |||
