[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — LYCAN 10KG DUMBELL SET/ Delivery boy refused to deliver my parcel | |||
On 29th May 2021 i ordered a set of dumbell because at this pandemic i can't able to go to the gym as there is lockdown in all over india. Today dated 3 June 2021 i received sms from ekart that my parcel is on the way to me after sometime the delivery boy of my area which is common delivery boy of our area(Bhinmal, Jalore dist. 307803, Raj.) calls me and asked me that what i ordered i said a pair of dumbell than he said is that possible to him to carry my parcel i said its your duty of its delivery issue if you won't able to deliver my product I will complain to the ekart services that you refuse to send my order. Than he talks so rudely and said that he is the only delivery boy of my area and he delivers all of my parcels in past but from now "do whatever you want to do" he said and "not this order i will not deliver any of your future orders as well". It sounds like he threat me. And he himself cancels my order. Is this the way to deal with the customer? Tell me if this was my prepaid order than what i supposed to do? This kind of behaviour is not bearable. Plz do action against him or I will file case nearby local police station against him. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 4, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Today delivery boy comes to me and apologies for his behaviour and also said that he will deliver the parcel. Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
