Ekart Logistics — Not delivering my order, keeps on rescheduling | |
I have purchased a laptop on 30 july, during the time of purchase it showed me 3-5 days delivery, so i was expecting ot before 4th august. But they didn't deliver it. They are not even updating the tracking status. They rescheduled to 10th august and promised me that they will deliver it before 10 august, but today is 11 august and still no response from them. Whenever i talk to flipkart executives they always tell me to wait without doing anything from their side, third class customer service of flipkart.

I am not able to track this order it says invalid tracking id, order id OD[protected], is it going to delivered me or will it be cancelled like my earlier 3 laptop orders, your representative suggest to wait till delivery date, earlier order also didnt got delivered post delivered date, my online classes are started and I want this order asap

I have order realme 5i from flipkart on 29 july 2020 and tge expected date for delivery is 10 August but tge order did not get delivered and the next the i have waited because the next date of delivery is 11 August but still today i have not received my order. and i am not able to get in touch with any of your person
