Ekart Logistics — Product Not Delivered but Updated as Delivered

Dear ekart,
I am Mohammed Shuaib, I have an order from Flipkart on 28/09/2022. When the delivery person reached to delivery I was at office. I called him at 1:50pm and he told that I was here only I will deliver your parcel and asked about OTP. Since he is there I shared him the OTP and provided him an alternate number to reach out. At 9:20 pm message came that the parcel was delivered but when I reached home and asked about the parcel they are telling that it has not been delivered. I am trying to raise a complaint regarding this.

I will attach the delivery message below, the name of the delivery person is Syed vajeeth syednavabjhon S
