Ekart Logistics — promised date expired still not delivered the product | |
I have placed an order on flipkart.in Order id - od[protected] Product name - canon pixma g 2000 mutli-function printer. They gave me a promised date to deliver my order. But the date has gone but still the product is not delivered to me. I have contacted with flipkart regarding this - i will not be able to receive the product after this date but no response. I have ordered a bag from flipkart having tracking id-FMPP[protected].my product delivery date is 09.11.17.no service partner called me.Even if they didnot try to deliver the product.They just mentioned customer not responding .This is the 2nd case i am facing.This is a prepaid product.They returned the parcel without contacting and delivering.
