Ekart Logistics — regarding rude behaviour of delivery boy

Recently i order shoes from flipkart. The delivery boy ekart neither deliver my product nor call me for my product. From past 2 days message come that your product undelivered. Kindly take strict action against delivery boy. The details of product are as below
1. Product detail-asian wndr 13 shoes
2. Product track id - fmpp[protected].
After complaining several time ekart did not take strict action against delivery boy.
Kindly take strict action against ekart and it's delivery boy.
