[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Shipment delivery not done | |||
Dear E-kart team, I have ordered on 4 may by Flipkart, order no - OD[protected] Tracking no - FMPP[protected] My delivery date was 8th of may, due to civid my delivery date was extended from 8 to 12 then 18 then 20, today is 22 but I still not received my product, I don't know what is happening, why you guys are not delivering in my location, all online channels like nayka, big basket, Amazon are seeing order but flipkart ( Ekart ) not . May 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Order canceled after wait of 20 days, I was expecting my order but can't deliver it, now I stuck with 50 thousand rs positive in my credit card,
Worst experience with flipkart .
You guys hold my delivery for 20 days in lockdown now lockdown is over you need to deliver it and you cancel it. 😞 Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

One of my orders arrived in Kochi on 8-6-2021 ... but it has been three days .. it has not yet reached the hub near my place ... And there aren't no updates about that ordee
