Ekart Logistics — they sell customers mobile phone in black

I order for a redmi 5a but on delivery day they cancle my order without asking me. And sell him in extra 500 rupees. They all are frouds. Dear sir on4th january 2018 i oreder for a redmi 5a. I track ny order from last 3 days, today is my product delivery day but local ekart courior office persons cancle my order itself and sell my mobile phone in black.in extra 500 rupees in front of me. And they told me the order was cancled by you. But sir oredr is not cancled by me. Many others people have the same prolem. They are big frouds sir. Plz take immediatly steps in this matter
