[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Unable to deliver My product

Dear Team,
They are not deliver my product seens 26th sept. I have order product from flipkart on 22nd sept and delivery expect to came on 26th sept. on 25th sept my product was reach nearest hub at4:28 AM but they are out for deliver my product on 26th sept at 6:28PM but they are not deliver my product when i was call on delivery boy they are not received my call. when i call agian he's call was busy but never call back me. on 27th sept i checked status on ekart they said unsuccessful delivery due to operational issue. Again at 12AM night they mess me we are deliver your product tomorrow but they are not deliver. Please help me.

Due to new hub and less representative they are unable to deliver product but one exicutive helps to reach nearest hub . Suggest them to increas the man power
