Ekart Logistics — Unclean and very messy E-kart Logistics | |
I ordered "Whirlpool 292 L Refrigerator from Flipkart and Delivery thru E-kart. Once I received it was defective mostly due to logistics. It got replaced 3 times and every time it was defective. The logistics guys were so unprofessional and were handling product very badly. Every time they come to take the product, they make big mess at home, break thermocol, break Flowerpot, and one day my daughter had put some thermocol in her mouth which was lying somewhere on floor, choked her. I finally Opt for a refund and today on[protected], they came to take the fridge, but without it's packing box and thermocol. They don't want to take it because vehicle is full. I told them to pack and put it but they are not ready to do and flew away and left the packing box and thermocol on the road. I followed them on my bike and asked them why you not taking packing material, he replied rudely that we are not here to take waste, go and complain to whomever u want and he warned me to go back home else he ll hurt me. Now, that packing material is blocking the road. Raised complaint to Flipkart to clean this mess up but still no action on it. Below are the details of the order before its too late.
