Sir i bought some item from elanic worth rs 600 n the product is not upto the expectations so i returned it. The product got returned but they are not refunding my amount to my account. And one product i sold through elanic they took my product and the buyer is not accepted it so the product got returned but now at my doorstep they kept the product with them.. So two fraud they done with me.. One is of my refund amount of 600 rs and the other one is my sold item is not reached to me til now.. Please take action

Team no reply at ur end I think u take froud with customers my issue not resolved at ur end please check my issue u banned the seller but seller is online in elanic please refund my money otherwise I will complaint to IT cell in Shimla because u & ur seller doing froud u show item & send third class cheap product u will charge 200% extra of the actual Price kindly correct this mistake otherwise it's not good for me & u
