Elanic — did not get my refund

I have placed an order of rs 650 in june my order no: is 771514, due quality of the cloth was not good so i returned it to elanic on 4th of June 2018. after that i called to their customer care [protected] every time call has been disconnected by their end.

after that i mailed them at [protected]@elenic.in on 9th June 2018 but i did not get any response from them.

Elanic guys are thief, this is not a matter of 650 rs this is the matter of faith towards a company. i will never shop any thing from them and my advise to every one please do not shop any thing from them.

I have tranfer the amount which is 500 to my bank but still its been a week i didn’t get the amount in my bank kindly provide the balance back in my elanic wallet
