Elanic — order issue

I've ordered an item i elanic. but till now i didn't receive my order and i'm trying to contact to elanic, but there is no contact number and they gave fake email id([protected]@elanic.in). They remove the cancel order option in elanic app after payment done.

so please don't choose this type of online shopping apps and no one has to be suffer like me.

Elanic is a blunder company if you have not installed it it's my request don't install then. Because then after you wl get into the world of danger and blunder business.
