Elanic — they don't give the money after product delivered to seller

Still not resolved.

Order Number 993329.

They take product from seller, fails the order, delivers to buyer take money from buyer and dont pay back to seller. This type of company should be shutdown.

1.Logistic partner pick package from me. With proper shipping label. Logistic FedEX Did not share any slip, only the seller copy they shared.
2.Then elanic Fails the order saying pick up not done.
contacted cutomer care(which is only chat service there they reply after 3/4 hours and i[censored] are away for 2 mins they ll close the chat and again u have to wait for turn and elaborate ur problem). Gave the tracking id and seller's shipping label copy.
3. On third day (after i pinged 100th times) they told they ll update the status of the order within 2 days.
4.after 2 days i contacted and again from zero they started.( Product was already delivered from FedEx tracking id i saw that.)

I asked for the money their excuses was like below:
a. they need the signed copy from logistic which was never shared. i gave the tracking id which was shared by FedEx.
b. Then they told no Shipping label was attached, if so how the product was delivered to buyer correctly. then as a proof i show them the chat with buyer (in elanic only) where buyer confirmed she recieved the product.
c. then again excuse and lie FedEx did not take the money from the buyer. I am not understanding if FedEx is taking money also how that should be my problem and why i should not get paid.
d.4th excuse then, Buyer did not pay and they told they are not able to contactbuyer. Point is if buyer did not pay it not seller(my) problem. then i confirmed with buyer in the same chat in elanic where buyer confirmed me she paid.

after that no reply from the Fraud company elanic.

I sold amount of 500 Rs. I was supposed to get 420 Rs.
which they robbed.

I was order a lehenga from elanic nd duppatta is too short then i return my order to elanic but till now they are not refund my money and also they are not give answer of my email. my order no. is 974894. So worst app service is also bad.

I sell something on previous friday and next friday is come and my wallet is still empty.after product delivery and 3 days later, i don't have anything in my wallet.whats the issue???
Our order has been wrongly delivered and what we have delivered was totally different from what we have seen and i look like old cloth
