Election Commission Of India [Eci] — delay in procedure of application for voter id

Sir, i have submitted the voter i'd application through nvsp on 12/12/2017 but still no updates & its in submitted stage. My ref. No.- osc[protected]
Its been almost 30 days.. But no updation in stages.. Generally the online procedure takes 30-45 days but even after 28 days my application has not been processed for further steps... Plz into the issue..
