Election Commission Of India [Eci] — My name is missing in the voter list - YBB5014378

My voter id no. Ybb[protected]dahisar vidhan sabha kshetra, maharastra
Is missing from the voter list. I have voted in the last assembly election, how come my name is missing in the list? I have not requested for deletion or transfer. I donot want to apply again to include my name in the voter list. It is the mistake of election commission, i should not be penalized for this.
Please include my name in the voter list, in the above mentioned const.
