Election Commission Of India [Eci] — need urgent help with voter id processing for me and my family. blo not appointed.

I have applied for voter id for my family and me through nvsp portal online by submitting form 6, so as to vote in april 2019 general elections. But there has been no progress. Blo appointment is also pending.

Now, i am worried because without it i cannot vote so please help me resolve this issue.
