I vikram singh native of distt. Hamirpur state - himachal pradesh 177023 and having voter card no. Bmm0540211, in 2016 applied online for correction in voter card details on eci site, and successfully updated and submitted. But even after one year i have not received my updated voter card yet.
May i know what is the reason and how long it would take so that i could get

I have Applied for my voters ID on 22-72017 but my status is still in submitted state, please make some progress, even if you are rejecting it please give some reason dont have it pending for years,
