I was registered in voter list and received epic no. Axk2335388. I have to say that in this process my name is incorrect, wrong name deepa srivastava is written inspite of deeksha srivastava (Correct name). To correct my name i have tried more and more by sending regd. Letter to d. M varanasi on date 1/8/2015 and 26/07/2016 and after this i also applied online to correct it in in sept.- oct.2016 with request id 15a432ea5f8dfdbdf 15a4303c299b9072. But due to lack of action result is nill. My name is not correct yet.
Here i again request to correct the name. Please take action.

Updated by as01011953 On date[protected] I applied for voter registration (to vote) and for EPIC but till today no result was given and none information received to me .in these days this matter was brought in the knowledge of D.M. Varanasi (U.P) and prayed to him to include my self in voter list to vote and also for EPIC on date.1/8/2015 and[protected] vide registered letter but matter is still pending due to lack of action, after waiting i applied online to register myself as voter in voter list and for EPIC in the month of sept.2016 with request id 15a432ea5af8dfdb or 15a4303c299b9072 .Today tracking the status it is showing status in process .It is so much hopeless and trouble some . ECI has the aim to include and encourage the people to be voter and is working on but here in my case it is against the aim of ECI due to the lack of system awareness.Therefore in this matter i again request to include me in voter list and for EPIC .My some important data is as below .
please take necessary action immediate, so that i may be the voter nd i may vote!.
