Election Commission Of India [Eci] — voter id not issued despite applying 2 years back

I alongwith two family members had applied online for voter id as follows:
1. Appl. No.1539766 (James geevarghese) dt. 15/4/2016
2. Appl. No.1540177 (Lizy james) dt. 16/4/2016
3. Appl. No.1540087 (Tiji james) dt. 16/4/2016

Sent all signed documents/application copies to ero, 150-yelahanka assembly constituency, bangalore, karnataka.

But despite repeated reminders, we have not received voter ids so far.
