I have emailed multiple times to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but there is no response from you, its like looting customers for incorrect billing. NOT FARE This is in regards to SERVICE NUMBER :[protected]. The meter was
changed, however the billed amount is not calculated as the average
of SIX months due to meter faulty. Could you please readjust the
billed amount that is supposed to be the average of SIX months for
meter faulty.
