Electricity Bill — Unconditional bill from 3 months

I daughter in law of mr c d agarwal residence in tinsukia hijuguri near m p jalan petrol pump is handling major issues regarding electricity charges... My house meter was changed in jan 2017 n den onwards bill is unbelieveavle increasing every month... Totally unconditional... Kindly let me know the reason behind it n take me out from such problems... It is not possible for us to bear huge expenses... Take action at earliest
