Electrolux — Air conditioner not working

Hi, I purchased an electrolux air conditioner last year from a dealer named Videolink from Dhayari Phata, Pune 41. It has a warranty of 1 year for the ac and 5 year for the compressor. My AC is still under warranty cover. I am facing issues with the ac right from the day I have purchased it. Earlier there was gas leak in the ac and because of which it stopped chilling. Later the compressor stopped working with a blast noise and gas leakage. I have contacted the service centre many a times but have received no help. The service centre people say that the installation of the ac was not done by the company people and hence this will not be covered in the warranty. They say that the deal from whom (videolink - Pune41) I have purchased the ac had sent local technicians to install the air conditioner which I am not aware of. Last week there was a person who came to repair my ac was from the company and took away 450Rs for his visit but never repaired the ac. He was very harsh and violent. I have again complaint this to the dealer but I am receiving calls from the technicians where they say that they will charge me 5000Rs to correct the installation and get the ac repaired. They say that this ac is not good and compressor has stopped working also there is continuous issue of gas leakage. Please help.
