technician came and watch it and said that due to lack of gas not getting cool and said that we will get gas after company issued gas till that time has to wait. After calling to customer care few time finally he came on 28-April-2017 and he upload gas to machine and said problem solved. After half and hour a/c in old condition that a/c air not geeting cool. we make a call to them but he wont reply and not lifting my phone. Hence we request you kindly provide right technician and solve our problem urgently
