Electrolux India — Delay in attending the services

I called for repairing and the service centre asked me to pay the amount as an advance and I paid the advance one week before. I am in kanchipuram. The service centre told me that the service will be within three days. But I am calling the service centre daily and the answer is tomorrow.Five tomorrows gone. The mechanic have not yet come. The advance amount is in their hand. I am helpless. I donot know how to bring the mechanic to our house for the service of my fridge. I am expecting at least today the mechanic will come.
