Dear sir We from sree enterprises bangalore registered as authorized service center for electrolux through quick customer electronic service pvt ltd, by depositing rs 40000 within a month the service for electrolux was taken over by tekcare which is under videocon While quick customer electronic services pvt ltd promised and confirmed to pay back out standing amount of rs 23910 within two months, we were told that tekcare under videocon which is now providing the service has taken the responsibility to settle the amount. Now no one is taking responsibility.
