Electrolux India — electrolux nutrition microwave oven | |||||
Hi, i have an electrolux microwave oven (Purchased in october 2011). About 2 weeks ago accidentally the door latch was broken. I registered a complaint regarding the same in your customer care, the technician provided by your service center was completely clueless about how to open the door in order to replace the door latch, and in the process he broke the plastic covering inside the door. He left the microwave in the same condition, and told Us that it will take minimum 10 days to repair. The microwave oven which was in 100% working condition is now useless. I had not expected such an unprofessional service from a reputed company such as yours. Please help me regarding this problem, and make sure that such unprofessional technician are not recruited in future. As my oven is not under warranty period, i request you to replace the damaged parts on your cost as it is not my fault. Was this information helpful? | |||||
