[Resolved]  Electrolux India, Philips Company — Horrible experience in post sales service

Hi... I have to resort to consumer forum to voice my frustration about the customer service experience I've been having since past one and half months to repair my Electrolux refrigerator. With multiple follow-ups daily since then and after spending over Rs.4000/- in repairs as recommended by service personnel, the problem is still not rectified. I have been calling up the service center almost daily to seek help but nobody seems to understand our trouble. The people in service center do not even pick up the phone when called, the customer care is so helpless... they have no other call script given to them other than saying 'i've put your complaint into urgent request'. Well... our complaint is in "URGENT" state for over a month now. If we escalate to service supervisors, they keep saying that the service personnel will visit your place... but no one does!!! If I mention that the issue will be escalated, I get a response stating "escalate to anyone you want" !!! I'm now helpless from all fronts and hence have to resort to consumer forum to register my compliant and hope to get appropriate attention to resolve my problem at the earliest My complaint no - EBLR [protected] Regards, Vinod Khedekar [protected] Bangalore
