Electrolux India — washing machine dead | |||
I lodged a complaint in the customer care toll free number on 29th november 2018. Mechanic visited my house and checked the machine and inform that one of the part of the machine is defective and needs replacement. He talked to his authorities in front of me and told that the defective part is not available in the guarantee service and it will take fifteen days for replacement. Then i contacted several times the customer care toll free number and every time i was informed that work will be done but till date nothing has happened. On sunday 3rd february 2019 i visited big bazaar shop from where i had purchased. The big bazaar employee told me to contact the customer care once again and when i contacted i was informed within two days the mechanic will visit and solve the problem.
