Electrolux India — Worst customer service | |||||
@electrolux @electroluxindia.. It's been more than 12 days that the service guy has taken the main circuit board from my #electrolux microwave... Saying he will get it fixed in 3-4 days.. It's been more than 12 days now with the festival almost here.. I am left with no microwave to cook any delicacies.. Customer care call center number tells me that only the service manager will be able to help me with this... Toll free number never works, they won't respond to our mails or acknowledge our mails, over all poor customer service waste product. Don't buy this product .
