Electrolux India — worst response of representatives

I called on your no's and found that they are extremely ill-mannered people. The representative came on 22 march 2019, and checked machine but took away it's part and after a day when I called they responded very badly. When I asked about the status of part and when mechanic will be available, I was told that he won't run away to another country, and I am not sure whether your representatives are trailed to talk properly or not but by this behaviour he made sure I do not buy Electrolux product next time.
