Electrolux — washing machine not working no service engineer attend

Dear sir I have a fully automatic washing machine (electrolux make) which is not working from last week. I have lodge a complain at your customer care last Thursday (dated 4.06.15) still no one is able to attend to repair the machine. Please look into the matter.
