Electron — charging money for no reason

I applied for online job in electron company which I had to fill 1200 forms which should have 90% accuracy in 7 days.
I've completed my work on time and submitted the documents and I got a call from helpline that there's double check-in my documents in which I had to pay 7, 530 and they also charge me for the correction which was 6, 200 and they told I'll get refund of the amount in my salary. But after that they did not answer my call...
The next day, I tried to contact the marketing executive who offered me the job and now she's not answering any calls.
Today there was a call from Advocate Mayur Joshi saying that I've to pay company's registration fees 9, 400 and he said after that there will be no further inquiries about it and will send NOC but after paying all the above money.
The Advocate is saying I've to pay 4 months registration fees that is 34, 600 or if I want to terminate then I've to pay 18, 500 and they will provide me NOC without any further inquiry.
After sometime I got a call from an Advocate Yeahwant Desai to clear my NOC and penalty for 5 section, and each section will cost 8, 200 to remove it...
If I don't do that I'll not get government job, loan and won't be applicable for passport and Visa.
When I said I don't have so much money to pay he's threathing me that he will file the complaint on the court.
And sending me messages and emails saying your case is filed in Gujarat.
