Electron — I'm complaining about online fake job providers

Dear sir/ mam
I have a complaint against *electron* company, addressed vapi, gujarat (A part time online job providing group)

A *fake* online job providing group in gujarat

As i showed my interest in above part time job providing company with a hope of earning some money
They provided an id and password for starting my work of form filling (Target : 1200 forms in 8 days) i got to download an app for which i signed on the "blank screen" and start my work!!
I started work on 2/01/2020 and date of submission of my work 10/01/2020.
Even though i have finished the target of filling 1200 forms
I recieved an email saying that i failed to achieve the accuracy of (90%)
And i recieved an e-mail on 16/01/2020
To pay penalty of rs.13900/- (Rs 9500+4400) towards registration and maintainance charges
I have not signed on any agreement of paying this registration charges to the company.
They misued my signature and posted it on a false agreement which i didn't sign before starting my work.
Later i received an e-mail
In which they are threatening me by saying to file a case against me for the act which i have not committed. Rs13900/-
Pray to take action against them.
