i had purchase 12 feb 2013 8.30pm dvd player in this store (reliance digital aundh parihar cowk pune) , and i said him please check this dvd player . becasue problem with dvd player. his trying to repairing 1hrs. i said give me money back .his customer care officer told me we shall dont paid amount. after you want money 15days you will come. there had some issue. i will complaint against your comapny. he said ok,you collect money from consumer court CUST. I had purchased reliance dvd player model 0501 from shipra mall store after the connect this dvd player i din't seems colors on my TV screen so please solve my dvd player problem because nobody is bother to attained calls properly from customer care and solve problem.
