Elica — Chimney | |||||
We purchased elica lucid 60 led touch chimney and got it installed today. Everytime we speak to the elica showroom person a new thing is told which is not informed in the begining. They are telling the cons only after instalation of the chimney. Whenn called to the show room they are telling it is informed to us before and nothing can be done. Very poor service from elica customer care and proper bill is not being issues by the technician for the items purchased from them . Not refer anyone to buy elica products. Replacement of broken glass of kitchen hob model MFC3B70DX-P
I had logged complaint on 07 march 2015, vide complaint id 56830.Even after a week and two reminders, company has not bothered to send mechanic with the glass.62%
